I'm Ernest Winnik. I've run B2B companies in Poland — sales, invoicing, accountants, customers, the lot. I started building AI systems for my own companies because nobody else was going to: the blog nobody had time to write, the invoices nobody wanted to file, the supplier mails nobody could read fast enough. They have been running for months. Now I build them for others.
No sales department. No account manager. You talk to the person who builds the thing.
Questions we always get
Do you run audits without implementation?
Yes. If the company first wants to check where AI makes sense, we can start with a process audit and implementation map. We do not push automation where a procedure change is enough.
Can you check where AI makes sense in our company?
Yes. A process audit is often the best first step. We look for tasks that are repetitive, expensive, error-prone or constantly pushed aside.
Do I need to install or learn anything?
Not always. Automations can run on our side and your team only receives the result. If a new tool or integration makes sense, we design it around your way of working.
What about data security?
We agree what data is needed, where it is processed and what must not be sent to AI tools. For implementations, we work under an agreement and minimize the data scope.
How long does implementation take?
A simple audit can happen quickly. First automations usually fit into a few weeks, depending on integrations, data and the number of exceptions in the process.
Do you integrate with our existing systems?
Yes, if the result requires it. We can work with e-mail, files, websites, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting or the company's own systems.
Can AI reply to customers automatically?
It can, but it should not always do that. Often the better mode is an assistant: AI drafts the answer, a human approves it, and the system learns the process without taking control away.
Can we start with a small pilot?
Yes. We prefer to start with one process that can be tested on real data and quickly show whether the time saving is real.
