Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the website nxthorizon.eu, operated by NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who runs this site

The site is run by NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o., ul. Zamknięta 10 lok. 1.5, 30-554 Kraków, Poland, VAT No. PL6793322404, KRS 0001155133, REGON 540881590. Contact: hello@nxthorizon.eu.

2. What this site is

This site presents the company and the automation services it provides. It is informational. Nothing published here is an offer within the meaning of Article 66 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code; it is an invitation to enter into negotiations.

3. The contact form

• Using the form is free and creates no obligation on either side
• Send only data you are entitled to send; do not send other people's personal data or confidential material through it
• Submissions are limited to five per hour from one connection, to keep the form usable
• We usually reply within one business day; we do not guarantee a reply to messages that are marketing or abusive

4. How services are provided

Automation services are provided under a separate agreement concluded in writing or by e-mail. Scope, timeline, price and support terms are agreed individually for each engagement — this site quotes no prices and creates no contract. Unless the agreement says otherwise, systems we build run on our infrastructure and we operate them; the client installs nothing.

5. AI-generated output

Our systems use large language models, including Claude by Anthropic. We apply quality rules, review procedures and monitoring, but no such system is free of error. Where a system publishes or sends content on the client's behalf, the client remains responsible for what appears under their name and should keep spot-checking it — particularly in regulated fields such as medicine, law and finance.

6. Intellectual property

The name NXT Horizon, the logo and the content of this site belong to NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o. Deliverables built for a client, and content published for a client, belong to that client on the terms set out in their agreement. Referring to this site with a link and attribution is fine; copying it wholesale is not.

7. Liability

We are liable on the terms set out in each client agreement and in the Polish Civil Code. For the site itself: we take care that the information here is accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or that the site is available without interruption, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of what is published here.

8. External links

This site links to pages we run (writvia.com, drukarniapro.pl) and may link to third-party pages. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

9. Complaints

Complaints about the site or about a service go to hello@nxthorizon.eu. Please describe what happened and what you expect. We reply within 14 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes with a party that is not a consumer are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of NXT Horizon Sp. z o.o. Nothing here limits the statutory rights of consumers.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms. The version published at nxthorizon.eu/terms/, with the date of the last change, is the one that applies. Changes do not affect agreements already concluded.
